Packages and Pricing
SEO packages for Toronto businesses
SEO packages in Toronto generally run $1,000 to $5,000 CAD a month. Price is set by how competitive your category is, how many pages need work, and how much content and link building is included. Our packages are $2,500, $4,500, and from $7,500 CAD a month, each with published deliverable counts and no lock-in contract.
Most Toronto SEO pages list services without quantities. "Keyword research", "on-page optimization", "content marketing". A buyer reading three of those pages has no way to tell which one is better value, because none of them says how much of anything you get.
Every package on this page lists counts. How many pages we build, how many articles we publish, how many links we go after, how many Google Business Profile posts. You can take these numbers to another agency and ask them for theirs.
What's included in an SEO package?
Every package includes the same six workstreams. What changes between tiers is volume.
Technical SEO
Crawl errors, index coverage, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and anything stopping Google from reading your site properly. This sets the ceiling on what every other workstream can achieve, so it runs first. See technical SEO.
On-page SEO
Title tags, headings, internal links, and the page copy itself, rebuilt so each page targets one query cleanly. See on-page SEO.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile categories, services, posts, review flow, and citation consistency across directories. For a business serving the GTA from one address, this is usually where the fastest movement comes from. See local SEO.
Content
Articles and service pages targeting the queries your buyers actually run, written to rank and to answer. See content marketing.
Link building
Earned referring domains from sites in or adjacent to your category. No PBNs, no bought placements. See link building.
AI search optimization
Structuring content so AI assistants can cite it, and keeping your entity information consistent across the site, your Google Business Profile, and third-party listings. See AI search optimization.

- Digital PR alongside link building
- Everything in Growth
- Weekly reporting
All three include technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, content, link building, and AI search optimization. The tier sets the volume.
What's not included
Every package has boundaries. These fall outside all three tiers and are quoted separately:
- Paid advertising management (see PPC management)
- Web development and design beyond SEO-required changes
- Content beyond the monthly count in your tier
- Photography, video, and graphic design
- Third-party tooling billed at cost where a client needs it (call tracking, heatmaps)
Saying this up front avoids the argument later where nobody agreed what was in scope.
Why do Toronto SEO prices range from $500 to $15,000 a month?
Published Toronto prices genuinely run that wide. Four things drive the spread.
Category competition
Window cleaning, dental, and most home services categories can be won from a standing start. Personal injury law, mortgage brokerage, and cosmetic surgery cannot, because the businesses already ranking have spent years and real money getting there. Same city, completely different amount of work.
How many pages need work
A five-page site is a different job from a site with 40 service pages, eight industry pages, and a blog.
How much content is included
Content is the largest cost line in most packages. An agency quoting $800 a month is not writing four articles for you at that price.
Whether link building is included at all
Many cheap packages exclude it. For a young domain, that is the workstream that determines whether anything else moves.
A quote that does not tell you where it sits on those four is not comparable to another quote.
Which package fits your business?
Pick Local if you serve one city, sell one or two core services, and the businesses ranking above you are other independents.
Pick Growth if you serve several GTA municipalities, or your category has national franchises and lead aggregators holding page one.
Pick Competitive if your money keywords are held by businesses with in-house marketing teams. You will know if this is you. The audit confirms it either way.
If you are unsure, the free SEO audit answers it. We can see who holds your money keywords and what it would take to displace them before either of us commits to anything.
Contract terms
No contract. Month to month. Cancel any time.
No setup fee. The price on this page is the price.
Everything we build is yours. Pages, content, Google Business Profile changes, and citations stay with you if the engagement ends. Reporting dashboards and third-party tooling are licensed while the engagement runs and stop when it ends. The data they report on is yours, and it can be exported before that happens.
Most Toronto agencies require a three-month minimum. Several state it only in an FAQ below the pricing table rather than beside the price. Ask about it before you sign anything, here or anywhere else.
What should you ask before signing with any SEO agency?
Take these to whoever you are talking to, including us.
- How many pages will you build or rewrite each month, and can I see one you built for another client?
- How many links will you go after, and where will they come from?
- What is the minimum term, and what is the notice period?
- Who owns the content and the Google Business Profile changes if I leave?
- What is not included, and what does it cost if I need it?
- What do you report on, and how often?
- Who is actually doing the work, and is any of it outsourced?
- What would make you tell me SEO is the wrong spend for my business right now?
An agency that answers all eight without hedging is worth talking to further.
What results should you expect?
Nobody can guarantee a specific position by a specific date. Google does not sell that, and any agency offering it is describing something it does not control.
What can be committed to is the work: the pages, the content, the links, the technical fixes, the reporting. Those are in your package with counts attached, which means you can check whether they happened.
Three published examples, each naming the tool that measured it on its own page: a window cleaning company holding position one for its category head term, a windows and doors retailer growing organic traffic 400%, and a design-build firm holding a top three local pack placement.
